Hon. Clive Mullings Minister of Energy Clive Mullings who is an Attorney at Law is the Member of Parliament for West Central St. James. The former head boy of Kingston College was the Former Opposition spokesman on Mining, Energy and Telecommunications. Mr. Mullings has held the titles of President of the Bar Association, President of the Law Society and Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Western Regional Health Authority. He's also the former Deputy General Secretary of the Jamaica Labour Party. |
